If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible and we'll do our best to find a new date. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session at our discretion. Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Edited galleries are delivered within the timeframe communicated for your session type. Galleries are hosted online for a limited period — please download and back up your images before they expire.
We are committed to a respectful, comfortable experience for everyone. We reserve the right to end a session, without refund, in cases of unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
While we take great care in every session, Nani Visions is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, loss of images due to technical issues, or events preventing delivery. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your session.
